Luis Manzano explains why he became emotional over the surprise guest appearance of his siblings on Minute To Win It.
On the episode of his game show last Thursday, April 25, Luis had no idea that the next players would be Addie and Enzo, who are his half-siblings with father Edu Manzano.
When the two younger children of Edu with former model Rina Samson appeared on stage, the 32-year-old TV host was not able to contain his emotions and cried as he hugged them.

In an interview with the entertainment media later that day, Luis tried to joke about it by saying, “Sinabi ko lang ‘yon para may ratings.
“Wala akong pakialam sa mga ‘yon!
“Siyempre, kapag umiyak ka, tututok ka? O, matatas ang ratings.”
Then, he seriously explained why he was not able to hold back his tears during that episode.
“I love my siblings very much,” Luis said.
“Nagkataon kasi na we didn’t grow up in the same house, with the Manzano siblings.
The son of Vilma and Edu also stressed about his siblings, “Sila ang kryptonite ko. I will always have a soft spot para sa kanila.
WILL THEY JOIN SHOWBIZ, TOO? When Addie and Enzo appeared on Minute To Win It, some thought that they would be joining showbiz soon. But the Kapamilya TV host doubted it.
“I don’t think papayagan ni daddy,” he added.
“Si Enzo, baka pwedeng mag-hosting. Pero si Addie, mahiyain talaga.”
He also mentioned his younger brother Ryan, who he thinks will follow the footsteps of his mother, Batangas Governor Vilma, and father, Senator Ralph Recto.
Meanwhile, in an interview with ABS-CBN reporter Mario Dumaual on Friday, April 26, the former Optical Media Board chairman Edu Manzano related that he declined offers for Enzo and Addie to join local showbiz.
He also clarified that the appearance of his children on Minute to Win It was his birthday gift to his eldest son Luis.
