Na-dismiss ang mga reklamong perjury at libel na inihain ni Sarah Lahbati laban kay GMA Films President Annette Gozon-Abrogar.
Nagsimula ang isyu sa pagitan ng dalawa noong January 3, 2013, nang isiniwalat ni Sarah sa kanyang Twitter account na "top management" ng GMA diumano ang nangumbinsi sa kanyang pumirma ng kontrata sa ICONS.
Ang mga taong kumausap umano kay Sarah ay si Annette; ang dating GMA Artist Center executive na si Arsi Baltazar; ang dating handler ng aktres na si Michael Uycoco; at ICONS bosses na sina Bebong Muñoz, Shiela Buendia, at Andrew Dee.
Saad ni Sarah sa Twitter: “I didn't sign with ICONS because they wanted to deduct another 15% on top of the 25% that is being deducted by GMA Artist Center. We found that too steep of a deduction for someone who just started such as myself.”
Nitong Hulyo, naghain ng grave coercion complaint si Sarah laban sa anim, pati na rin ng libel at perjury laban kay Gozon-Abrogar.
Nauna nang naibasura ang grave coercion ng Quezon City Prosecutor's Office noong Oktubre.
Ayon sa resolusyon, wala raw pamimilit na naganap dahil ginamit ni Sarah ang kanyang "free will" sa desisyon niya.
Ang dalawang huling kaso, ayon sa Makati City Prosecutor's Office, ay walang "probable cause."
Sa maikling pahayag na ipinadala ng GMA Corporate Communications sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ngayong umaga, December 6, noong nakaraang buwan pa raw inilabas ang resolusyon tungkol sa inihaing reklamo ni Sarah.

The Makati City Prosecutor's Office issued a resolution last November 22 for the dismissal of the perjury and libel complaints filed by actress Sarah Lahbati against GMA Films President Annette Gozon-Abrogar and entertainment writer Marinel Cruz.
Lahbati filed the perjury complaint against Abrogar last July 15 while the P10-million libel complaint against Abrogar and Cruz was filed last July 16.
