Lance Raymundo “feeling a little better” after gym freak accident

Ayon sa kampo ng singer-actor na si Lance Raymundo, tatlong buwan muna siyang hindi makakapagtrabaho matapos ang isang freak accident noong March 19, Miyerkules. Bumagsak ang 80-lbs. barbell sa mukha ni Lance, dahilan para magkaroon siya ng multiple facial fractures.


Sa kanyang Twitter account ay tiniyak ni Lance Raymundo na bumubuti na ang kanyang kalagayan matapos siyang mabagsakan ng 80 lbs. metal barbell sa mukha noong nakaraang linggo.

“Hello Friends of WolF! Thank u for all the prayers and good wishes! I’m feeling a little better by the day!” tweet ni Lance (@LanceRaymundo) noong March 21, Biyernes.

Ang “wolf” na ginamit ni Lance ay pagtukoy sa kanyang music album na “Wolfsound.”

Pahayag ng ina ni Lance na si Nina Zaldua-Raymundo sa kanyang Facebook account, dahil sa isang “freak accident” ay nabagsakan ng barbell sa mukha ang kanyang anak noong Miyerkules ng umaga, March 19.

“The person who was assisting him on his workout accidentally dislodged the barbell on top of Lance’s face when he leaned forward.

“Lance sustained multiple facial bone fractures, totally crushing his nose and middle face,” saad ni Mrs. Raymundo.

Dahil sa aksidente ay magkakaroon ng dalawang major reconstructive facial procedures si Lance. Bukas, March 25, ang unang procedure.

Gagawin naman ang pangalawang operasyon dalawa o tatlong linggo pagkatapos ng unang operasyon.

“The doctors gave assurance that Lance’s face will be 100% restored,” sabi pa ni Mrs. Raymundo.

Sa nasabing statement, ipinaabot ng ina ni Lance sa lahat ng “producers, casters, production houses, movie outfits and directors with whom Lance have contractual obligations” na hindi makakapagtrabaho si Lance sa loob ng tatlong buwan.

“If he recovers sooner than that, we will publicly advice,” dagdag pa niya.

Ipinarating din ni Mrs. Raymundo na magsilbing aral sana ang nangyari sa kanyang anak sa lahat ng mga bumibisita sa gym at magkaroon ng "extra precaution and give 100% focus to avoid similar accident in the future."

Tiniyak din ni Mrs. Raymundo na patuloy silang magbibigay ng update sa kalagayan ni Lance.

“Lance would personally thank everyone who has been sending him good wishes through SMS, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Each and every message are being read to him, but he is unable to respond he is advised not to strain his eyes.
