Actress Anne Curtis has denied an Instagram post stating that she and boyfriend Erwan Heussaff are already engaged.
Earlier today, October 15, Cosmo.ph discovered a photo of Anne and Erwan on the Instagram account of wedding inspirations blog, Bride and Breakfast, which claims that the two are now engaged.
The photo caption reads: "Literally the SWEETEST engagement!!!!!!! Congratulations @erwanjheussaff and @annecurtissmith."
Cosmo.ph immediately asked Anne's manager, Veronique del Rosario-Corpus of Viva Artists Agency, about the photo.
She did not confirm the news and said, "It's not true, but I might be the last to know."
The photo of Anne and Erwan, however, was already deleted on Bride and Breakfast's Instagram account

A few hours after the report came out, Anne herself posted a message on Instagram to deny that she and Erwan are already engaged.
She said: "Hahaha! Where did this news come from? Just got call from my friends + my sister asking if I got engaged! LABO! Who kaya started the rumor?"
Erwan also reacted to the post via his Twitter account:

PEP, on the other hand, got in touch with Bride and Breakfast through Facebook earlier tonight to get their side about this brouhaha.
This was their reply: "It was a mistake by a new intern. She read an article that she misunderstood and posted without our approval because we were at an event. When she realized she made a mistake, she took it down. Thanks."
Janna Simpao, editor of Bride and Breakfast, also posted an official statement on their blog's Instagram account and said that the "engagement" is not true.
Janna also noted that they already apologized to Anne and Erwan.

In a recent interview with PEP, Anne said that she's not in a rush to get married to Erwan.
The Kapamilya actress said, "Oh, no, 'wag muna!
"Pero 'wag too old naman.
"Sabi ko nga, mga three or fours years pa ako, para ma-maximize ko.
"Siguro ready na ang partner ko by that time."
