Pahayag ni Christopher tungkol sa kalagayan ni Sandy, “No, she’s okay, looking good.
“But she needs to take medicines, ‘tapos yung food intake niya, kailangang measured, kailangan alam mo yung kakainin.
“Magagaling yung mga doctors niya, they are really taking good care of Sandy.
“May mga medications siya, but she’s okay.”
Saad ng aktres, “Yes, it’s been a long time.
“I’m under management by my doctors, I have a team of doctors who are managing my ailment, but I’m okay.
“Medyo itinabi ko muna yun… I have to focus first on my son.”
Dagdag niya sa kanyang kundisyon, “Walang dialysis.
“Yung function, my kidneys are not normal anymore, medyo quite low, they are trying to maintain that percentage.”
THEIR SON MIGUEL.
“Miguel is okay, I’m visiting him after the Undas, we’re leaving on the 4th.
“I’m visiting him with his son, I’m bringing his son there.”
Dagdag ng aktor, “He is getting better, it’s going to be his last chemo this Friday.
“He’s recovering… he’s kinda weak, kasi chemo, it’s such a hard road, pero okay naman siya.”
Dagdag naman ni Sandy, “He’s trying to cope up with a very aggressive chemotherapy for the past months.
“He has his bad days, good days.
“But we try to talk to him almost every day to inspire and try to uplift his spirits.”
BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT.
Saad niya, “I’m very much concentrated on the welfare of my son.
“I want him to get well soon and I told him that, ‘My only wish for Christmas is to hear from your doctor—who is a very good doctor—that you are cancer-free.’
“That is the best Christmas gift that I will receive for this year.”
Sagot ni Christopher, “It would be a good Christmas, God is good.
“Makauwi? I don’t know, he needs to rest.
“He really needs to rest that’s why we are going there.
“Mahirap, he’s regaining his balance, his strength, stamina.”
“I’d like to thank all the people who prayed for my son.
“Actually, almost all over the world, from here, the Philippines, people from America, my relatives in America, relatives ni Sandy in America.
“From all over, in Europe… kasi we have a lot of friends abroad, so thank God!
“That’s what important about having friends who will help you, who will pray for your needs.”
