Isang taon matapos ang masaklap na nangyaring pambubugbog diumano ng grupo nina Cedric Lee kay Vhong Navarro, nahuli na ang isa pang suspek na kasama nina Cedric at Deniece Cornejo sa panggugulpi sa actor-dancer noong gabi ng January 22, 2014.
Nadampot ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) si Ferdinand Guerrero sa isang condominium unit sa Makati City matapos ang isang taong pagtatago.
Nahaharap si Guerrero sa kasong serious illegal detention at grave coercion. Walang piyansa ang naturang mga kaso.
Dalawa pang akusado sa pambubugbog kay Vhong ang tinutugis pa rin ng awtoridad—sina JP Calma at Jed Fernandez.
Sina Cedric, Deniece, Berniece Lee, at Simeon Raz naman ay kasalukuyang out on bail.

“RAPE IS RAPE ISA RAPE.” Sa panayam ng Bandila ng ABS-CBN kagabi, January 26, na lumabas din sa ABS-CBN News Online, sinabi ni Guerrero na siya nga ang isa sa mga nakunan sa CCTV (closed-circuit television camera) sa isang condo sa The Fort noong gabing nabugbog si Vhong.
Pero sinabi nitong hindi siya sangkot sa anumang pananakit sa 38-year-old It's Showtime host.
Saad niya, “Vhong, I'm speaking from the heart.
"You know, what happened to you is unfortunate.
"We're deeply sorry na nasaktan ka nang ganyan, you know.
"It's not right, it's not right.
"It has been dealt with accordingly. Cedric is willing to apologize to him for beating him up.
"Honestly, nakikita ka namin with all the bodyguards and you're scared for your life.
"You know what, Vhong, we don't want you to die. We want you to have a long life, okay?
"But there must be justice. Justice has to be served.
"You know what you did!
"But I'm not jumping the gun here. Let the court decide, because rape is rape is rape!
"You know what you did, Vhong.
“We are not going to do anything stupid.
"We are not going to take justice into our own hands."
Mensahe pa niya kay Vhong, "Don't worry about us hurting you or planning something against you. We're not going to do that.
"We want you to think about what you did, because you know what you did.
"Because these women, they are not lying."
