Two days after his concert at MOA Arena, Chris Brown is still in the Philippines.
And it seems like he has no idea why he is prevented from leaving the country.
In a video he posted on Instagram earlier, Chris asked; “Can somebody please tell me what the f*** is going on? I don't know, I'm reading headlines after headlines.”

This was posted after he was prevented from leaving Manila by the Department of Justice yesterday, July 22.
DOJ Secretary Leila de Lima admitted yesterday that the 26-year-old American singer cannot leave the country because of his pending clearance from the DOJ.
A lookout bulletin order on Chris was released last Tuesday, July 21, after receiving a letter from Maligaya Development Corp. (MDC), which filed criminal complaint against the American singer in connection to his cancelled New Year's Eve party on December 31, 2014.
In the letter sent to DOJ, Iglesia Ni Cristo's legal counsel and MDC chief operating officer Glicerio Santos IV requested assistance from the DOJ "for the successful prosecution of the criminal complaint which MDC is lodging."
While waiting for his clearance, here's what Chris is doing in his hotel room:
