Jackie Lou Blanco admits her eldest daughter is gay

Jackie Lou Blanco on loving her daughter: "As a parent, all I did was to love. My feelings for my daughter never changed when she came out. Life is hard in itself. They need love and understanding."

Saad niya, “My eldest daughter is gay.

“I cried, not because I did not accept her.

“As a parent, we always have dreams for our children.

“I already have dreams for my children since they were born.

“But it is their life, not ours.

A MOTHER’S LOVE.

“As a parent, all I did was to love.

“My feelings for my daughter never changed when she came out.

“Life is hard in itself. They need love and understanding.

“At the end of the day, being a parent is really all about love,” sabi niya.

Saad niya, “We don’t have to be so physical with our children.

“Anak natin ‘yan.

And I find it so sad na may ganyan pa rin hanggang ngayon.

“The best thing is to accept your son's or your daughter’s choice.

“Kung pinalaki mo silang maayos, walang mababago doon whether they choose to be gay.

“It’s all love.

Sabi niya, “I thank God for everything.

“Right after The Baker King sa TV5, heto naman ako sa Destiny Rose.

“Come to think of it, since 2002 ay hindi ako nawalan ng teleserye.

“It’s been 13 years na pala that I have been acting on television and most of it are from GMA-7.

“I also host Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman.

“Kaya walang katapusang pasasalamat ito Kanya and I always pray for guidance and good health para sa pamilya ko.”
