Victor Neri says social media have made talk shows irrelevant: "I don’t think it’s negative, it’s just accepting growth.”

Victor Neri is a product of one of the world's most prestigious cooking schools, he is also an actor. His dream is to have a television show about cooking and wellness without giving up his acting career. "I want to be known as a professional chef who can act," he says.

“I think it’s positive in this generation, time and day.

“Before I left, social media were just taking place.

“Yes, it is very, very different, but for the better.

"It’s going to change the way of everybody, hindi lang ng mga actors.

“It will change the way of the directors, producers, everybody.

“Change is always for the better. I don’t think it’s negative, it’s just accepting growth.”

JUICY LIFESTYLE.

“Actually, it’s not just also about losing weight.

"I’m nearing forty already, health issue na lang talaga.

“It’s more for health reason, at saka maraming supplement na hindi masarap, mapait.

Kaya pangarap daw niyang magkaroon ng isang cooking show.

“Cooking show, anything to do with food and wellness, imparting my knowledge, what I experienced.

“Talagang nagtrabaho naman ako, hindi ako tumambay.

“Yung eight years na nawala ako, nagkaroon ako ng realization about who I wanted to become, what I wanted to do.”

Gusto niyang maging isang Chef Boy Logro?

“Bakit naman hindi?” mabilis niyang sagot.

“Chef Boy Logro is one of the most respected chefs here.

“What he achieved, kung titingnan ko yung career niya sa pagiging chef, para siyang si Fernando Poe Jr.

“Kung chef ka at sinabi mong ayaw mo, parang sinabi mo na rin na as an actor, ayaw mong maging Fernando Poe Jr.”

Dagdag pa ni Victor, “Since I’m getting older, I want to be known as a professional chef who can act.”
