Gary Valenciano, Jed Madela answer netizens' claim that they were “unfair” to YFSF contestant Myrtle Sarrosa

Your Face Sounds Familiar jurors Gary Valenciano and Jed Madela air their side regarding claims that they were a bit harsh with their comments about Myrtle Sarrosa's performance as Marilyn Monroe.

@alfeo_original @MyrtleGail not everyone agrees alfeo but it's our job and its no easy task. Myrtle can still shine and I believe she will

To all @MyrtleGail fans. Pls listen carefully to my comments about her. I believe in her so much. I'm amazed at what she can do. That's ...

...why I say what I say so that it can help her be even better next time. I still think she has a chance. I want to see her blossom...I do.

That's a good thing. Because we want her to push herself more. She's a talented girl! I know that for a fact. https://t.co/uYYsPKd8HV

Again, we understand. We are fans too and we want the best para sa mga iniidolo natin. Just be there and be part of their journey! 😉😉😉

“I know their comments is for me din to improve with every performance, kaya I really appreciate that they are pushing me to be even better every week.”

“To be honest po, sobrang happy ko na to just have the chance to perform on stage.

"Tapos ngayon, I have the chance to really showcase yung talent ko sa singing.

“Para sa akin po, isang blessing to perform every week in front of kina Sir Gary, Ms. Shawie, and Kuya Jed.

"To perform before them is an honor itself.

“Before the show started, I know it would be difficult for me.

"Kasi compared to everyone else who are really seasoned performers, ako po I just came from cosplaying lang.

"So, I guess you can sorta say na aside from being the youngest, ako din yung pinaka may least experience with being on stage.

"And to have fun and make others also have fun ay masaya na ako."
