Switzerland wins Mister International 2015; Philippines gets Best in National Costume

Pedro Mendes of Switzerland bested 35 other candidates to win Mister International 2015.

Mister International 2015 was held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World, in Pasay City, Philippines, last Monday night, November 30.

Mendes is a 26-year-old model from Geneva, Switzerland.

Last year's winner, Neil Perez of the Philippines, relinquished his title to Mendes.

This year's first runner-up is Anderson Tomazini of Brazil; 2nd runner-up is Sang Ji Lee of South Korea; 3rd runner-up is Julian Torres of Panama; and 4th runner-up is Jakub Kraus of Czech Republic.

The Philippines' Reniel Villareal made it the Top 10; along with Australia's Chris Nayna, Indonesia's Kenny Austin, Puerto Rico's Fernando Alvarez, and Venezuela's Rafael Angelucci.

Villareal also won Best in National Costume.

Those who made it in the Top 15 were China's Nan Li, Lebanon's Farid Matar, Mexico's Alejandro Ruiz, Spain's Daniel Barreres, and Sweden's Ivan Virrait.

Interestingly, according to Global Beauties, Mendes's girlfriend, Catharina Lopes, is Switzerland's representative to this year's Miss Supranational, which will be held on December 4 in Poland.

The Philippines' candidate in Miss Supranational 2015 is Rogelie Catacutan.
