Grade 11 student Kurt Xavier Rafanan mustered the courage to ask the Kapuso actress twice and got his wish the second time.

Lovi Poe looked forward to relive her high school prom when she said “yes” to a “promposal” from Grade 11 student Kurt Xavier Rafanan.

The Kapuso star posted moments from the prom last February 26 and spoke about the exact moment she felt like her high school self again.

With my prom prince @kurteous5 .?? He is Indeed a true gentleman. By the way... I felt like I'm in high school again the moment he asked me to dance.?? Thank you Kurt! I had an awesome time! ???????? once again thank you @tonyevanmanila for my beautiful red dress!!??

She also described Kurt as her “dashing prom date” as he placed the traditional prom corsage on the actress.
