The Manila run of Les Miserables at The Theatre at Solaire had been sorely missing Rachelle Ann Go in its cast for the past few days.
Rachelle Ann, who plays the role of Fantine, had been under the weather and had apparently lost her voice.
Some of her fans took to social media to express their dismay about not seeing their idol on stage, but understood the situation nonetheless.
Sana hindi na lang pala VIP binili naming ticket. :( @gorachelleann ikaw pa naman reason kung bakit kami manuod. ððð pic.twitter.com/EmEEQtuS02

@Paul_WilkinsUK @gorachelleann but I still wanna see my idol perform. Thinking of watching it again. Until when is Les Mis on theaters?

A few others, on the other hand, weren’t as understanding and peppered her with bitter and scathing messages.

A fan named Jervin Pascua left the Kapuso star a number of messages on her Facebook account saying, “Hindi porket holiday magholiday ka na,” and even told the star not to be a “primadonna.”
The fan even compared her to Sarah Geronimo, saying that Sarah can stick to her commitments: “Kahit umaga na nakakapag guesting pa sa TV. Puyat sa recording.”
Rachelle Ann eventually posted the screencaps of the messages on her Twitter, asking for “good vibes only.”
Excuse me?ð this is so not cool guys! Good vibes only pls. It's Sundayðâ¤ï¸ï¿½ be blessed! pic.twitter.com/M6zTtxowSP
