Courageous Caitie honored with wedding-inspired memorial service

Courageous Catie's family organized a wedding-inspired memorial service this afternoon, Sunday, April 3, at the Arlington Memorial Chapels in Quezon City. Photo shows the "wedding march" for her to the Crematorium, where she was feted with "a salute by her favorite Storm Troopers, to a courageous little trooper."

Caitlin Soleil Lucas, a.k.a Courageous Caitie, who passed away on March 31 due to a rare type of blood cancer called juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML), was given a wedding-inspired memorial service by her loving parents today, April 3.

This will serve as a celebration of Catie’s life as her parents will be giving her away “to the ultimate Lover of our souls.”

Going to be parents of the bride today. Thank you christine ong-te events for the wonderful coordination service so far!...
