Ex-President Noynoy Aquino: "I'm really looking forward to a less-stressful life."

After the turnover ceremony with Rodrigo Duterte as the new President of the Philippines, former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino returned to their home on Times Street, Quezon City, where he will live from now on.

“I don’t think I have ever known any home than here.

Sabi ng dating pangulo, “First time ko to visit the house yesterday.

“I really don’t think it would have made any sense to me to move anywhere else, because this is where the roots are, this is where the friends are, this is where the extended family.”

NOYNOY THANKS HIS SUPPORTERS.

“I really have to say, number one, thank you for the welcome that you have given me today.

“I was actually discouraging all of these.

Dugtong niya, “From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to thank you.”

“My mother had a luncheon when she finished her term.

“I’m sorry I cannot feed you today.

“I have to fix the house and make it a little presentable,” sabay ngiti ni Noynoy.

Dagdag pa niya, “Basta in the following days, the house would be more presentable and I’ll see you in the coming days.

“I’m really looking forward to a less-stressful life.”

“I’m sure my father my mother are all looking at you and I guess their patting their backs when we decided to move to Times Street.

“In 1961, that was one of the best decisions that we’ve ever made.

“So, on their behalf and our family, again, thank you very much.”
