In 2010, he suffered from a stroke, which left half of his body paralyzed, and affected his speech.
Lorna Tolentino, Christopher de Leon, John Lloyd Cruz, Bea Alonzo, Karylle, to name a few, gave him financial support then.
But not much can be heard about him after he was cast in ER Ejercito's Boy Golden, which became an entry to the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Yesterday, July 3, a certain Sidemiod Francisco Datanam posted an update about Dick's condition.
According to him, he is slowly recovering from a fire incident, and needs help.
Datanam didn't provide any more details except that Dick can be found at Brgy 144 Evangelista St., Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City.
