PEPsters have spoken and the votes are in!
Finally, after months of waiting, here are the results of the PEPsters’ Choice category of PEP List Year 3.
Love teams once again dominate this year’s PEPsters’ Choice as KathNiel, AlDub, and DongYan top their respective categories.
Kapamilya Teen Queen Kathryn Bernardo tops two categories: Female Movie Star of the Year and Female Teen Star of the Year.
Her loveteam partner, Kapamilya Teen King Daniel Padilla, on the other hand, is named Male Movie Star of the Year.
The phenomenal AlDub love team of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza is the top choice for Newsmaker of the Year and Celebrity Pair of the Year.
Meanwhile, Kapuso royal couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera’s fairytale-like wedding in December 2014 is voted Favorite Wedding of the Year.
Kapamilya teen singer Darren Espanto once again leads in the Male Teen Star of the Year category.
Finally, Eat Bulaga! cutie Sebastian “Baeby Baste” Benedict is the top choice for Child Star of the Year.
The winners of the PEPsters’ Choice were chosen via online voting, which ran from May 25 to July 8 of this year.
The votes were tabulated by Punongbayan & Araullo, the official auditing partner of PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
For the sake of fairness, all invalid votes (invalid user IDs, no user IDs, votes in excess of 100 per user ID) were nullified.
The winners of both the PEPsters’ Choice and the Editors’ Choice will receive their trophies at the awarding ceremonies of PEP List Year 3, which will be held on August 21, 2016, at the Grand Ballroom of Crowne Plaza Hotel.
The Editors’ Choice winners will be announced on the awards night itself.
