Few days after his controversial split with wife Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt is reportedly under investigation for alleged child abuse before the Los Angeles Police District (LAPD) and Los Angeles Country Department of Children and Family.
According to TMZ's exclusive report dated September 22, undisclosed sources claimed that the authorities received an “anonymous tip” about a plane incident where Brad allegedly committed verbal and physical abuse towards his children.
The alleged plane incident was said to be what triggered Angelina's decision to break up with Brad and file for divorce from him after 12 years of being together.
THE COMPLAINT. Brad was reportedly aboard a private jet with Angelina and their kids when he allegedly got “wasted, wild, and physical” last Wednesday (September 15).
The report was quoted as saying: “He allegedly went wild, screaming and getting physical with the kids.”
Witnesses also claimed that Brad continued to make a scene as soon as the plane landed at an airport.
TMZ's report further stated that Brad was initially questioned before Los Angeles Country Department of Children and Family, which received the “anonymous tip.”
Brad's camp, however, categorically denied the allegations.
Speaking anonymously to TMZ, a source close to Brad said “he did not commit any abuse of his children.”
