Miss Brazil was a crowd and pageant-experts favorite in Miss Universe 2016, but she only managed to reach the Top 13. Nevertheless, the Latina beauty said that this is not the end of her dreams.

Mensahe ni Raissa, “I apologize if I failed you in a few moments!

"I want you to know that I have given myself wholeheartedly and my heart cried when I did not hear the name of our country, but at the same time it was filled with pride for what I did, for my work, for my effort, for overcoming barriers that I never imagined overtaking.”

“I know everyone dreamed about the crown, I dreamed, I believed! But I always respected the dream of every girl that was in here,” sabi ng Brazilian beauty queen.

“Now with all the simplicity and humility that God has given me, may He allow me to continue like this, I want to return to finish my commitments as Miss Brazil and continue to pursue my dreams !!

"Again, thank you very much for all the love and affection I received from all of you !!!"
