It was indeed a happy birthday for Matteo Guidicelli as he welcomed his special day with family and friends.
But what made his day even more special was the presence of his girlfriend Sarah Geronimo who flew to Cebu just in time for his 27th birthday today, March 26, 2017.
In an Instagram photo posted by Matteo's dad, the Popstar Royalty can be seen posing for the camera with Matt and his birthday cake.
The celebration took place at his family's restaurant, Trattoria da Gianni.
Other snaps from the celebration, which also made rounds online today, show the couple having a grand time with the rest of Matteo's family.

The singer-actress's presence was contrary to what she told reporters prior to today's event.
According to ABS-CBN News Online, the 28-year-old ASAP mainstay said that she didn't have anything planned for Matteo's 27th birthday.
Sarah and Matteo have been a couple for more than three years now.
