At the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office yesterday, March 30, Yeng Constantino and Sam Milby expressed their dismay over Jobert Sucaldito's "defamatory statements" against Cornerstone founder and president Erickson Raymundo.

Yeng Constantino, Sam Milby, Jaya, and K Brosas joined Cornerstone Entertainment, Inc. founder and president Erickson Raymundo in filing his cyber libel complaints against radio host and reporter Jobert Sucaldito before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office yesterday, March 30.

In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and ABS-CBN reporters, Yeng said that she felt hurt when she learned about the allegations hurled against Erickson via Jobert’s Facebook posts.

“I think malaki po yung kailangan nating matutunan na hindi tama na gumawa ka ng istorya.

“Hindi tama na bahiran mo ng dungis yung pangalan ng mga taong, in fact, mabuti sa ‘yo at wala namang ginawang masama sa 'yo.

“At yung mga bagay na sinasabi mo wala namang katotohanan.

“Masakit po siya,” the singer said.

Yeng further said that Erickson and all Cornerstone artists treat each other like family.

The 28-year-old singer elaborated, “Siyempre nasasaktan dahil kami hindi lang po kami magkakaibigan, hindi lang manager-talent ang turingan.

“We are a family. Sobrang mahal namin ito, e.”

Sam Milby also stood by Erickson as the latter filed 22 counts of cyber libel, six counts of grave threats, and one count of slander against Jobert.

The Kapamilya heartthrob simply said, “His character and reputation is being attacked. I just wanna show my support."

Singer Jaya, who joined Cornerstone’s roster of talents last year, also backed up Erickson.

She said, “I’ve never known him to be anything but very humble, very kind.

“Sa amin po, kung ano yung pinaglalaban niya, nandito kami sa likod niya.”

Comedienne K Brosas was also present during Erickson’s filing of legal complaints against Jobert.

Asked about her show of support for the talent manager, the singer-comedienne said, “Kilala ko po si Erickson hindi lang bilang bago kong manager. Matagal ko na siyang kaibigan—since college.

“So, nandito po ako bilang kaibigan, hindi lang bilang artist niya. So, I support him all the way.”

Director Joyce Bernal, who arrived with Erickson at the QC Prosecutor’s Office, maintained that it’s all about standing one’s ground.

She added, “Kung foul naman, dapat lang. At saka personal niyang desisyon yun, e.

“E, ako, suporta ako sa kanya. Bilang kaibigan, kailangan niya ako dito.”

VOLUNTARY SUPPORT. Erickson, for his part, was grateful for his talents’ show of support.

He simply stated, “They came on their own. Maraming salamat.”

Erickson cried foul over Jobert's series of "defamatory statements" posted on the latter's Facebook account between March 10 to March 22, 2017.

In his sworn affidavit, the Cornerstone founder and president denied that his talent management company steal clients and projects from other talent agencies, which was allegedly insinuated in Jobert's Facebook posts.

Erickson further noted how Jobert allegedly threatened to to expose "libelous information" against him and his longtime-talent Erik Santos.

Erickson's sworn affidavit partly read: "I repeatedly tried to sweep these aspersing allegations under the rug, but Jobert refused to stop harassing, maligning and ruining my reputation, with the use of his Facebook account as his platform.

"Not only did his Facebook friends read the same, they were all public posts which may be readily accessed by the public."

Both Erickson and Erik are seeking a total of P20 million moral damages and P4 million exemplary damages from Jobert.

JOBERT'S RESPONSE. On the other hand, Jobert said that he is ready to face the legal complaints filed by Erickson and Erik against him.

The radio show and reporter also questioned why Sam, Jaya, and K had to appear before the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.

Jobert said, "I'd like to understand them na lang - na kaya nila nagawa ito dahil maaaring kinausap sila ng manager nilang samahan sila or kung bukal man sa kalooban nilang ipakita ang suporta nila against me, I don't know how to understand it now.

"Dito ako mas nasasaktan.

"Pero yung sa kaso, haharapin ko ito at ilalaban hanggang sa kahuli-hulihang sandali ng buhay ko."
