Enzo Pineda admits his move to ABS-CBN was a difficult decision. "Hit or miss po ito, e. May posibilidad... mawala ang career ko," he said. Lucky for him, the Kapamilya is keeping him busy.

Enzo Pineda is grateful for the opportunities being given to him by his new home network, ABS-CBN.

He has appeared in several TV and movie projects since he became Kapamilya last year.

These include supporting roles in the defunct primetime series Till I Met You and in the movie Extra Service.

Enzo's new TV project at ABS-CBN is the afternoon drama series, Pusong Ligaw.

“Ako, I'm just really thankful to be here. I'm very happy na parte ako ng show na 'to,” he said.

For the 26-year-old actor, his decision to bolt GMA 7 was risky but it was worth it.

He was a Kapuso for almost seven years.

What was his biggest fear when he moved to ABS-CBN?

"At the same time, ang laki rin ng pressure, lalo na if you're somebody new in the network."

But instead of worrying, Enzo took it as a challenge to become a better actor.

He said, “It's actually a good thing.

“It's also a challenge for us na i-step up pa yung acting game namin.

"And work on it pa talaga para mapatunayan namin ang sarili namin na karapat-dapat po kami mabigyan ng trabaho.

“We're just really very thankful to be here... of course, you have to put your best foot forward all the time.

“Grabe ang pressure, pero we're just really thankful.”

Enzo is a product of GMA Network's reality-based artista search, StarStruck Season 5, where he was adjudged First Prince or first runner-up.

His batchmates included Sarah Lahbati and Rocco Nacino.
