KC Concepcion slammed a basher criticizing her for not joining the relief operations for the Marawi City evacuees.
This is in relation to the clash between military forces and the Maute rebel group who laid siege to the city for three weeks now.
Displaced Marawi residents have taken shelter in evacuation areas in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, which is 37 kilometers away from Marawi, Lanao del Sur in Mindanao.
Addressing her basher, the 32-year-old KC wrote, “Not everything we do to help is shared.
“Most times you are not aware of what is being done to help in private.”
KC issued her statement in the comments thread of her Instagram post about her plan to buy a new car and a new home.
As of this writing, the basher's comment seems to have been deleted from KC's Instagram thread.
However, KC's fans pointed out that the actress/TV host/singer may not have been seen visiting Marawi evacuees, but she has done her fair share of outreach activities, and continues to do so up to now.
