Sagot ni Paolo, "No, I don't think there was ever a fear, e.
"I think it was just... napagod ako, e. Yung emosyon.
"What I went through was something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
"Especially nowadays, you talk about depression… depression is depression.
“Regardless how you cope with it—drugs, smoking, wine, eating or just being violent.
"What people should be able to understand is when someone has it, or when someone you love has it, it has to be addressed.
"It can't just be brushed aside, and it's a very serious matter.
"I for one know it."
Pahayag ng veteran TV host, "I don't think anything would change in terms of the image.
"Probably, I'll be a little more edgy. I'll be little more in attuned with the current trends.
"I consider myself a bit of a dinosaur, especially when it comes to social media.
"And that's understandable because of a certain trauma, and alam mo naman sa social media.
"But now, it's something that you have to embrace.
"So it's really a big step facing that adversary, di ba?
"Yeah, I have a lot to learn."
Ang importante nga raw ay okey na siya ngayon, at gusto niyang ipaalam sa publiko na they can be okay also.

BACK TO WORK.
Pahayag ng 43-year-old TV host, "Well, I’ve been on break for two years sa mainstream.
“During those two years, I was able to do something I've always wanted to do.
“Go back to school, open more businesses, and conduct my workshops.
“After a while, hindi mo talaga kayang tanggalin sa sistema mo.
“You tried to stay away, thinking you're okay and kaya mo, then you'll miss it.
"So, after a lot of deliberations, I decided that this is the time.
"This is the time to go back to what I love doing."
"Yeah, there were a lot of offers to do TV shows from various networks.
“But I wasn't really… I wasn't really mentally, emotionally, physically ready sa mga puyatan.
"So, this whole break was to prepare especially mentally.
"It's a different world now from before I left, so there's a lot to learn, and there's a lot to teach.
"One of the reasons why I signed up with Viva is because they are giving me that opportunity… to share whatever knowledge and, let's just say, experience that I had in the past.
"Nearly two decades na ako sa showbiz, so thinking about the past, I can hand down information and skills.
"And keep people's legacy alive when it comes to hosting not just on TV, but events as well."
EXCITED.
Sabi niya, “They'll be managing my career on TV, booking my events.
“Basically the aspect that needs that kind of support.
"I was able to do it alone, but it's different when you have a whole machinery behind you.
"And that was what very appealing with the Viva options, e.
"Before Viva, I was able to work with Arnold Vegafria who's helped me during this transition phase.
“But I'm sure he's happy that I signed up with Viva.
"Marami ang tumulong sa akin during that period na I was taking that break, e.
"But this opportunity with Viva widens my horizon that makes my creative juices flow even more.
"So, I'm excited to start."
