Aljur Abrenica confirmed that his fiancé Kylie Padilla is about to give birth to their first child anytime now.
The actor gave this statement during his first appearance as a Kapamilya star at the presscon of the ABS-CBN primetime series, FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.
It was held at Le Reve Restaurant in Quezon City earlier tonight, August 3.
Aljur revealed that Kylie is currently in labor at the hospital with his mom.
But he chose to make a quick appearance at the presscon.
He related, "Totoo po 'yan. Sa ngayon, nasa labor po siya.
"Kasama niya ang nanay ko, kapatid ko, at kung sinumang mga taong nakakatulong sa kanya."
Aljur further said it was hard for him to leave Kylie for the presscon.
"Sa totoo lang po, hati ang puso ko kung saan pupunta.
"Siguro kaya ako nandito ngayon, si Kylie sinabi niya sa akin na, sa buong proseso ng pagbubuntis niya, kasama ko siya.
"At ito na yung panibagong pagkakataon para sa akin..."
He added that his only consolation is that he's more inspired to work for the sake of the family that he is building with Kylie.
"Si Kylie ang nagsabi na pumunta ako dito," Aljur concluded before leaving the presscon to see Kylie at the hospital.
Aljur and Kylie first became a couple in 2011.
But after four years of having an an-and-off relationship, they broke up amid third-party issues sometime in May 2014.
It was in September 2016 when they finally got back together again.

Then, after two days, the couple announced that they are engaged to be married.
