Yesterday, August 9, a Facebook user named Tricia Castro reposted snapshots of the Kapamilya actress performing in a Pinoy rock show for a product endorsement.
But what caught the Facebook user's attention was the alleged change in Arci's physical appearance.
This spurred netizens' speculations that the Kapamilya actress possibly went through cosmetic surgery to enhance a particular part of her face.
Some alleged that Arci did a nose job while others pointed out that her signature pouty lips seemed fuller than usual.
But other netizens defending Arci claimed that the sexy actress could have easily changed her look by using popular make-up tricks, like contouring her nose line and overlining her lip shade.
