Bureau of Immigration denies hold departure order on Robin Padilla

Nilinaw ng Bureau of Immigration na wala silang inilabas na hold departure order laban kay Robin Padilla.

Taliwas ito sa alegasyon ng action star sa kanyang Instagram post nitong Linggo, September 10.

Sabi ni Robin, lilipad sana siya patungong China upang dumalo sa pagdiriwang ng China-Sultanate of Sulu relations ngayong September 12-15, subalit hindi raw siya makakaalis dahil mayroon siyang hold departure order mula sa BI.

Ngunit ayon sa Bureau of Immigration spokesperson na si Atty. Maria Antonette Mangrobang, tinanggal na ang anumang hold departure order laban kay Robin.

Lahad pa ng Immigration spokesperson, walang nakalagay sa kanilang record na dumaan sa immigration procedure ang aktor sa nakalipas na pitong araw, o kaya ay hindi siya pinayagang makalabas ng bansa.

“Negative po talaga sa records ng BI Port Operations Division that Robinhood Padilla went through immigration procedure in the last seven days nor do we have any record that he was not allowed to depart recently,” mensahe ni Mangrobang sa isang text message na ipinadala niya sa inquirer.net.

Ginawaran ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ng absolute pardon si Robin noong November 2016.

Kaugnay ito ng kasong illegal possession of firearms niya noong 1994, kung saan napatunayan siyang nagkasala.

Nabigyan din si Robin ng conditional pardon ni dating Pangulong Fidel V. Ramos noong 1997, at ilang beses nang nakalabas ng bansa ang aktor.

Si Robin ay kilalang supporter ni President Duterte noong panahon ng eleksyon at hanggang ngayon.
