Actor Richard Yap (left) calls for justice following the death of UST law student Horacio Castillo III (right) from hazing. "If this is a legitimate fraternity that is endorsed by UST," he said, the school "should also take the blame."

"I think you should all come forward and tell the family what happened,” simula ni Richard sa panayam sa kanya ng ABS-CBN News kahapon, September 19.

Patuloy niya, "I don't think you can live with whatever you've done.

“It would be very cowardly for you to do that because if the only way that you can get pleasure is by hurting someone who hasn’t fought back, then you are not a man.

"And you will never be one."

Sabi pa ni Richard, patukoy sa Aegis Juris fraternity na sinalihan ni Horacio, “You know, hurting people in the name of brotherhood is not brotherhood.

"It's just violence, so own up to what you did, and be men.

“Coz if not, you’re not men. You are not meant to be lawyers.”

"Sobrang sakit for a parent, grabe yung sakit. Kaya I can feel it also.

“Nararamdaman mo sa tatay niya kung gaano kasakit na iyong anak mo na inalagaan mo ay papatayin lang just like that, for no reason at all."

Saad niya, “If this is a legitimate fraternity that is endorsed by UST, they should also come forward.

"They should also take the blame if you are endorsing a certain [fraternity], you should be looking out at it.

“I’m sure there were elders there.

"The mere fact na kaibigan nila yung dean, who is part of Aegis Juris, that’s why kampante sila sinasabi na kailangan niyang sumali.”

Paniniwala ni Richard, “I don’t think it’s a choice of everyone to join a fraternity.

"Yung iba it’s because of peer pressure.

"Yung iba naman kasi kailangan mo, kasi you’re in that group, mahirap pag di ka sumali."

May iba naman daw napipilitan lamang sumali.

Panawagan pa ng aktor, “Ilang beses na may namatay because of hazing, hanggang ngayon hindi pa ba kayo natuto?

“Nakita niyo nahirapan yung tao, you still continue doing it.”
