Maine Mendoza remains a fan girl even now when she has become a popular showbiz personality.
This was apparent in her reaction to Mikee Cojuangco's comment on her post about Regine Velasquez's recently concluded R3.0 concert.
In an Instagram post on Monday, October 23, the 22-year-old Eat Bulaga! host narrated her first concert experience a long time ago, which happened to be Regine's concert.
Maine wrote, “My family were seated on the general admission area and I can still remember how amused we were even if we were super far from the stage, kahit na ga-bigas sa liit si Ate Reg!”
Then, she described how impressed she was when she watched Asia's Songbird recent concert.
“[And] this time, up close!” Maine continued in her post.
“It was such a wonderful show and I cannot thoroughly express how amazed and touched I was during the concert.
"GRABE. Bawat kanta, kahit na yung mga hindi ko alam, tagos 'gang puso.”
In the postscript of her caption, Maine repeated how excited she was to see Regine with two other female celebrities she admires.
She said, “Sobrang saya ko din to see the DoReMi trio!!!!!!! Binugbog ko yung katabi ko sa tuwa lol”
Do Re Mi is the iconic movie of Regine and Mikee with Donna Cruz shown in 1996.
The popular trio reunited at Regine's R3.0 concert and performed the film's hit theme song “I Can,” with the Songbird's five-year-old son Nate.
MIKEE AND DONNA REACT. Mikee thanked Maine for her post.
The former actress said, “Thank you, Maine!!!!! Minsan gusto ko ring bugbugin si @donnacruzyl sa gigil ko sa kanya e... Peace, Doings! Love you! Keep smiling Maine, you are gorgeous.”
Maine replied with excitement, “OMGGGGGG!!!!! Thank you po sa pagcomment, buo na yung linggo ko. Wala pa rin po kayong kupas tatlo!!! Sana po dumating ang tamang panahon ko para makapagpapicture po sa DoReMi.”

Donna replied to Mikee's comment.
“Mikes angkas ako sa likod mo after moko bugbugin! Hahaha! Sanay ako sa lambing na masakit! Love you too!” she joked, addressing the former competitive equestrienne.
Then Donita told the young actress-TV host, “Thanks, Maine!”
