Maine Mendoza took to Twitter to express her shock over the rumored reconciliation of Hollywood stars Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber.
The Kapuso Dubsmash Queen gave her statement following reports about the former couple looking cozy in photos that made rounds online.
What made the speculation about Selena and Justin juicier was the fact that the "Bad Liar" singer and her boyfriend The Weeknd, aka Abel Tesfaye, have just broken up.
Maine, for her part, accompanied her tweet with at least four photos of Selena and Justin walking and biking around Los Angeles, California.

But even though she's "affected" by the Abelena (Abel and Selena) breakup, Maine also tweeted that she's all for whatever that makes her idol happy.

Last May, the 22-year-old Kapuso TV host/actress even wrote a blog post saying that she is having mixed feelings about Selena and The Weekend hooking up as a couple.
“Some of you might know that I am a fan of Selena Gomez, while some of you might not know that I am also a fan of The Weeknd.
“(Yup, I like his sexy songs a lot) I love them as individuals and artists.
“But I’ll be honest with you, I cannot accept the fact that they are actually a couple.”
It was on October 29 when TMZ first reported about Selena and Justin spending time together—eating breakfast, attending a church service, and hanging out at the singer-actress' home.
The following day, People.com broke the news that Selena, 25, and The Weekend, 27, have called it quits after being together for "10 months."
In a separate report, TMZ cited unnamed sources saying that it was the "Starboy" singer who broke up with Selena since they have barely seen each other since summer due to conflict of schedule.
The same report also clarified that Justin came into the picture only after Selena and The Weekend have broken up.
