The Philippine bet to Miss Globe 2017, Nelda Ibe, clarifies that there is no truth to the news that she is allegedly eliminated in the talent finals due to lip-syncing during the portion.

Pahayag niya, “I wasn't present during the announcement of the winners during the talent show ( that's why everyone is making rumors that I was eliminated) kasi dinala na po ako sa hospital right after I performed. Yes, I wasn't feeling well but still I want to show up and the organizers know that.”

Ginanap sa Tirana, Alabania, 8 pm, November 3 (3 am, November 4, Philippine Time), ang finals and coronation night ng Miss Globe 2017, kunsaan nagwaging first runner-up si Nelda.
