Sunshine Cruz slams hotel employee calling her "suplada"

Sunshine Cruz called out Canyon Cove Hotel security guard Marjorie Mojica for calling her "suplada" and "loka" on her Facebook page: "Alam mo bang whatever you say against your guests ay magiging masama at kasiraan din ng Canyon Cove? If you did not ask na magpa letrato na sigurado pong akong pagbibigyan wag naman po kayong ganyan. Hindi ako suplada lalong hindi ako loka pero kilala akong pinaglalaban ang tama at fair."


Hindi nagustuhan ni Sunshine Cruz ang pagtawag sa kanyang "suplada" at "loka" ng isang nagngangalang Marjorie Mojica, na napag-alamang security guard ng Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa sa Nasugbu, Batangas.

Inireklamo ng 40-year-old Kapamilya actress ang Facebook posts ni Marjorie na nagsasabing umastang "suplada" si Sunshine nang mag-check siya at ang kanyang tatlong anak sa resort noong Huwebes, November 2.

Pahayag ni Sunshine, "This is unprofessional Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa.

"My family went there to enjoy and relax.

"Nagbibigay po ako kapag may nagpapa-picture sakin. Empleyado nyo pa naman ito. Train your employees to respect your guests please.

"Marjorie Mojica, please learn to respect the privacy of your guests and don't bash us on social media.

"Maiintindihan ko pa na inabot ng 2 oras ang pagbigay nyo ng ice at tubig sa amin, ang hindi pagdating ng mga pillows at kumot ng mga bata, ang mga hilaw na pagkain nyo pero sana po ay marunong rumespeto ng kapwa ang inyong empleyado."

THE ALLEGED SNUBBING INCIDENT. Sa kanyang Facebook post kaninang madaling araw, November 4, ibinahagi rin ng aktres ang screenshots ng Facebook posts ng hotel employee na si Marjorie.

Sabi rito ni Marjorie, "Check in Sunshine Cruz at cove hotel… Wala p tym mgpapict dami guest"

Sa comments section ng naturang post, sinabi ng hotel employee, "Ang suplada ni Sunshine... Ayaw papicture ang loka."

Hindi ito pinalampas ng Wildflower actress.

Buwelta ni Sunshine sa mismong Facebook post ni Marjorie, "Hello there. Alam mo bang whatever you say against your guests ay magiging masama at kasiraan din ng Canyon Cove?

"If you did not ask na magpa letrato na sigurado pong akong pagbibigyan wag naman po kayong ganyan.

"Hindi ako suplada lalong hindi ako loka pero kilala akong pinaglalaban ang tama at fair."

Kasabay nito ay umapela si Sunshine sa pamunuan ng Batangas resort.

"Mapagbigay po akong tao. Nagpunta kami ng pamilya ko para mag enjoy, magpahinga at kung may magpa letrato pinagbibigyan ko.

"Calling Canyon Cove to clear this up with the management Ms. Marjorie Mojica. What you did is WRONG at sana ay alam mo ito."


CANYON COVE'S OFFICIAL STATEMENT: At press time, nag-reply ang administrator ng official Facebook page ng Canyon Cove sa reklamo ni Sunshine.

"The management of Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa values the privacy of all our guests.

"We sincerely apologize for the unprofessional behaviour of our security guard and delayed service.

"Please be rest assured that this is an isolated incident and we will not tolerate such acts from any of our staff.

"The entire security team have all been taken to tasked. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies."
