Newly-crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 Teresita Ssen "Winwyn" Marquez on her itinerary after winning the title: "If I win, nasa contract, sa ibinigay na initial contract, I have to stay there for two days lang to do promotions, and then I can come back home. Then, I have to go back for mga events sa South America."

“If I win, nasa contract, sa ibinigay na initial contract, I have to stay there for two days lang to do promotions, and then I can come back home.

“Then, I have to go back for mga events sa South America.

“Ang Reina is about the media.

“Mahilig sila sa live TV, mahilig sila sa interview, mahilig sila sa performance, mahilig sila sa sayaw. Yung talagang energetic.

“Ang okey sa akin, I’m very relaxed dahil I enjoy being in front of the cameras.

“Everyday merong guestings.

“Of course, I wanna win, but I don’t want na ipahiya.

“It’s not Winwyn Marquez, it’s the Philippines, so if you did a good performance, it’s a win-win situation,” lahad niya.

Sa tulong ng kanyang interpreter, sagot ni Wyn, “Language can be learned, but the will and determination to contribute something to the organization cannot.

“It has to come from the heart and it has to be natural.

“I believe that kindness is a universal language… that if you treat people with tolerance, patience, and love, you will understand each other.

“Hispanic culture is not about language only. It’s about love for God, love for country, love for history and culture, and love for family.

“As a Filipina with a unique heritage, I am ready to promote the Hispanic culture, not just in Asia, but in the whole world.

“It's time to celebrate the Hispanic culture. It is meant to be celebrated.”
