Fans noticed the changes in her face, particularly her nose, when she appeared in several public events the past few days.
On her guest appearance in Ahwel Paz's dzMM Teleradyo show, Showbuzz, last night, December 11, the Pinoy Big Brother: 737 winner indirectly answered the question if she had a nose job.
Miho replied, "Ha? Siyempre, i-improve."
The Kapamilya actress also said that her "improved looks" gave her more confidence as a celebrity.
She said, "Siyempre, bilang isang artista, para sa akin, gusto kong lagi tayong maganda.
"And then, happy ako kung ano ang meron sa akin.
"Mas lalong tumaas yung confidence ko, so yes."
