Even celebrities could not hide their surprise and amazement with news anchor Korina Sanchez’s beauty and body makeover.
The 53-year-old veteran journalist broke the internet when she shared on her Instagram account this weekend the photo of a huge billboard bearing her face that has gone “transformation.”
Korina is the latest endorser of the Belo Medical Clinic.
In the caption, the seasoned news anchor wrote that she was aware of the “different reactions to the board, mostly of some form of shock” that the billboard has generated.
CELEBRITIES REACT. In the comment section of the post, numerous celebrities reacted to Korina’s new look, including a popular actor-host, a former beauty queen, famed Filipino fashion designers, and other artists.
Kapuso actor-host Paolo Ballesteros, 1999 Miss Universe 1st runner-up Miriam Quiambao, designers Michael Cinco and Mark Bumgarner, dancer-actress Samantha Lopez, and former actress Krista Ranillo all wrote positive reactions to Korina’s billboard.

While there were a lot of positive reactions, there were also a number of negative feedback.
Some claimed that the photo underwent too much photoshop or editing.
Others called Korina vain, and unpleasant.
Others were simply wowed by her improved looks.
Others debated why Korina was allowed to endorse a beauty company when she is a journalist.
Critics panned Korina for accepting an endorsement while her supporters reasoned out that she is allowed to endorse since she is on an indefinite leave from her news-anchoring duties.
Korina used to headline the primetime newscast TV Patrol, then moved on to co-anchor the late newscast Bandila.
