"When I first came here three years ago, everybody was, like, jaw-dropping kindness. I think they're really nice, open-minded and of course, their hospitality is the best," says Maria Ozawa about Filipinos.

“Maganda ang nangyari, nag-public apology ang driver, agad-agad, pinatawad niya [Maria], on the spot.

“I am willing to forgive because if I just rant it out, all the problem, ‘Oh, I don’t like this place..!’  And then cut it off, it would be kinda irresponsible.

“It’s just not, like, everybody is bad. It’s just one or few particular person that I experienced. I actually rode [a TNVS] coming to here. I have nothing against it. I just don’t like that particular problem,” paliwanag ni Maria.

“I think they’re really nice, their hospitality. Like me, I’m from Japan. We’re like… you know, the [Japanese] guys are cheesy, they don’t like to open doors for you.

I have a boyfriend, Filipino!”
