Sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon, kasama nina Aga Muhlach at Charlene Gonzalez na humarap sa entertainment press ang kambal nilang anak na sina Atasha at Andres.
Naganap ito sa launch ng bago nilang Jollibee commercial noong Linggo, February 18.
Ayon kay Charlene, simple lang ang naging paalala nila ni Aga sa kanilang 16-anyos na kambal bago mag-umpisa ang event.
“We just wanted them to be themselves. We want them to be as natural as possible. Just be them,” sabi ng beauty queen-TV host.
Hudyat na kaya ang kanilang family commercial ng pagsisimula ng showbiz career ng kambal?
Sagot ni Aga, “Well, you know, I'm not gonna stop them. I will let them decide on their own.”
Nang tanungin ang kambal, pareho silang nagpakita ng interes sa showbiz.
Sabi ni Andres, “Maybe po.
“But right now, I'm more focused on my studies.
"I made commitment to myself and to my parents that I will finish it."
Ayon naman kay Atasha, “Whatever happens, happens. But studies first. School first.”
Ikinatuwa naman ni Charlene ang naging sagot ng kanyang mga anak.
Aniya, “They made that promise to us, and that is one of the things that we really wish for our children—for them to finish their studies first.
“Siguro pagdating ng panahon, after they finished [school], they decide... it will be their decision.
“For now, they'll enjoy this first. They're only 16 and this is the first time that lumabas.
“We feel na it's time, now that they're older now.
"Kasi, when they were kids, di ba, parang mas shinelter namin sila.
"Now that they're older... slowly, right?"
Buo raw ang magiging suporta ng celebrity parents na sina Aga at Charlene anuman ang maging desisyon nina Atasha at Andres pagkatapos ng kanilang pag-aaral.
Sabi ni Charlene, “We will support them whatever path they choose.
“We will always be grateful sa industriya, di ba?
“You know, if they decide, when they finished school, they're open to this path, it will be their decision. But for now...”
Mabilis na singit ni Aga, “It's our decision.”
Pagkatapos nito ay sabay-sabay tumawa ang pamilya Muhlach.
