Heart Evangelista responded with class after two netizens tried to body-shame her.
Earlier this week, the 33-year-old actress posted on Instagram a photo of herself in a matching outfit of white pants and a Dior bandeau-type crop top with spaghetti straps, which exposed her midriff.
In the comments section, one netizen asked the Kapuso actress: “San ung abs?”
Heart immediately replied: “hahaha I never made it a goal ! Haha :)”
The netizen’s comment unnerved some of Heart’s supporters and criticized her for the insensitive comment.
The netizen defended that her comment did not intend to malign the actress, but Heart’s supporters were not convinced.
Heart answered another netizen, and based on her response, the netizen made a disparaging comment on the actress’ appearance.
Heart’s comment read, “I love my skin tone and I love my body :) we don’t need your negativity here…:)”
Heart’s supporters said that the netizen erased the comment after drawing flak from the actress’ fans.
