"I decided to delete it when people were exchanging wounding words to each other already despite my encouragement to leave healing & positive words instead," mensahe ng aktres.

Sabi ni Rita sa kanyang post noong Sabado, June 23: “This is a reflection of you, Mr. President.

"You only respect yourself.

"You look at us like garbage cans where you freely throw your trash.

"Wag naman ganun.

"Tao kami.

"To all Duterte fans, I held much hope in him.

"But sorry, this is too much.

"You can only help spreading more trash by bashing and hating but I wish you spread GOOD WORDS instead to help clean all of us up.

"Clean the energies surrounding us and ur precious selves too.

"We need to rise from too much hatred and trash.

"NOTE: I encourage those who will make COMMENTS to use positive and kind words instead. We should not help in adding up to the dirty energies around us.

"LET US HELP CLEAN UP."

“WE ARE ALL SO WOUNDED.”

Mensahe niya, “I decided to delete it when people were exchanging wounding words to each other already despite my encouragement to leave healing & positive words instead.

“We are all so wounded.

“We need to heal each other. Or can u heal urselves as a start?

"U can do this by using kind words meant for urself & for another.”

Aniya, “MY 2 POINTS: 1) not to badmouth God 2) respect for our sensibilities

"NO MORE NO LESS.

"WALANG HIGIT WALANG KULANG.

“I AM NOT PERFECT.”

Sabi pa niya patungkol sa larawang nilagyan niya ng X, “WRONG because I only said I was against his badmouthing on God & the way he speaks because it is hurting our sensibilities. (His hatred for the Catholic Priests is his personal wound.)”

Paliwanag naman niya sa isa pang larawan na nilagyan niya ng check sign, “RIGHT because we can help clean up the hatred and trash in the air by simply using kind & healing words as a start.

“It is beneficial to the person saying it & to the person hearing or reading it.

“I am not perfect & all knowing just like all of you including the President.

“But we can start from somewhere in healing our wounds.”
