Pumanaw na ang maternal grandfather ni Gabbi Garcia na si Nicasio Ortega ngayong araw, July 19.
Si Lolo Nicasio ay 88 years old.
Wala pang detalye kung ano ang ikinamatay ng lolo ni Gabbi, ngunit ramdam sa post ng Kapuso actress ang sakit sa pagpanaw ng kanyang “dearest lolo.”
Mensahe ni Gabbi, “My dearest Lolo, you were such a blessing to all of us.
“You are the most generous and kind-hearted person I know.
“I will miss you and your silly jokes, and how you would go from neighbor to neighbor just to announce that, 'GABBI GARCIA IS MY APO!'
“It’s crazy how you would shower your love and support to all of us, and I'm so happy that I still got to say I love you before you went to heaven.
“You have lived a good life, Lolo. Marami ka pong natulungan, napasaya, pinatawa, at minahal.
“It's time to rest now. Hug Jesus for me, lolo. I'm sure you're happy.
“I love you forever.
“Rest in peace.”
