“Actually, it was my son’s birthday, September 30, so we planned a trip to L.A. about a couple of months ago even before the Ball was announced,” lahad ni Paul sa press conference ng upcoming movie na First Love, na pinagbibidahan nina Aga Muhlach at Bea Alonzo.
"We already planned that we wanna bring Seve to Los Angeles, on his second birthday, so we already planned the trip.
"So even me, like, I’m in the middle of promoting the film, I took a week off to celebrate the second birthday of my son Seve in Los Angeles, where I’m from.
"I wanted to show him where I was born."
Sagot niya, “We’re still enjoying, we’re still embracing Seve…
“Wala pang plans, but we definitely want another one.
“But, right now, we’re just enjoying Seve.”
“It was actually quite emotional for me to hear Aga say that because Aga Muhlach, he’s worked with all the great actors, great directors.
"And for him to say, it just kind of reassures that I’m doing something right, that I belong, that there are people who believe in me.
"No matter how many people doubt you, who don’t believe in you, it just takes one person.
"And thank you, Aga, for believing in me.
“It’s emotional [for me] for an Aga Muhlach to say something like that and I’m still kind of taking it all in.
"He believed in me and I believed in him, and it’s because of him this film is being made,” saad niya.
Ipalalabas ang First Love simula sa October 17.
