"I am Lorence Anthony D. Guardian and I would like to apologize regarding the issue involving Conrad Hotel Manila, Epilogue Ph and Ms. Sunshine Cruz and her daugther.
"First of all, I am not a direct employee of Conrad Hotel Manila and Epilogue Ph, I am employed under a Local Manpower Agency.
“I would like to apologize on the events that had happened last January 13, 2019 and February 12, 2019.
“To Ms. Sunshine Cruz and her daughter, I am very sorry on what happened in the incident and what I have said through Instagram.

SUNSHINE MULLS FILING CASE
"These women sent me messages and screenshots of his harassments and they deserve an apology as well.
"I am still contemplating kung kakasuhan ko sya because Epilogue already reported the incident sa NBI.
"They are actually in touch with me if I will be needing anything from them naman.
"I want to thank Epilogue for their swift action about this matter.
"Sana maging aral at huwag pamarisan.
Narito ang buong pahayag ng Conrad Manila (published as is):
"Conrad Manila categorically and firmly states that Laurence Anthony Diola-Guardian who figured in an incident with an actress’ daughter at Epilogue Café at S Maison recently is not in any way connected with the hotel, nor with any of its manpower agencies, at any time in the past or at present.
"This person misrepresented himself as claiming to be a chef of the hotel when he posted his photo wearing a chef uniform as he figured in a serious complaint from café guests.
"His unbecoming behavior was posted on social media, drawing unsavory comments towards the hotel brand, from fans of the actress.
"Conrad Manila supports the actress’ protesting this person’s grave misdemeanor and disrespect of her daughter at the Epilogue Cafe at S Maison.
"Conrad Manila is a staunch advocate of women’s rights and empowerment.
"We do not condone this serious misbehavior committed by the Epilogue male staff whether on-line or in actual face-to-face encounter.
"We rally social media users to be respectable and responsible citizens.
"We thank you for your time and kind understanding and hope to welcome you to the hotel soon.
