Malubhang nasugatan si Chayenne Van Aarle, ang Miss Belgium 2022, sa isang car accident noong February 8, 2023.
Isinugod siya sa ospital matapos magtamo ng mga pinsala sa ulo, leeg at mukha.
Nasa Ghent-Antwerp Motorway si Chayenne nang hindi niya napansin ang isang truck sa harapan niya.
Hindi niya nagawang magpreno, at sumalpok ang kanyang kotse rito.
Inabot ng mahigit kalahating oras matapos maganap ang aksidente bago siya nailabas ng emergency services mula sa kanyang nawasak na sasakyan.

Wala siyang malay nang masagip ng mga emergency responders.
Sinabi ni Chayenne sa panayam ng VRT NWS na wala siyang matandaan sa nangyaring aksidente.
"I had been under too much pressure beforehand and felt drained," paliwanag niya.
“In all actuality, I just didn't have enough energy to drive."
Masaya siya na nakalabas na ng ospital at wala nang iba pang pinsala sa katawan.
Ani Chayenne, ang aksidente ay isang paalala na, “You don't have to be drunk or texting to trigger an accident.
“Being mentally unbalanced can be just as dangerous.
"I now know that you have to be in a good mindset when you get into a car."
Dagdag pa niya, sisikapin niya na, “Not to put too much pressure on myself and to stay away from people who have a negative influence on me."
May mahaba rin siyang post sa kanyang Instagram account tungkol sa kanyang saloobin sa aksidente.
Kalakip ng post ang kanyang larawan kung saan kita ang naging sugat niya sa mukha.
Ang kanyang post: “A car accident, a moment when everything is taken away from you.
“My lesson from this is that inside your soul and head, you must be free.
“Mental health is important.
“Pressure.
“Young people are under so much pressure that it sometimes becomes too much.
“And through a cloud of emotion, questions, chaos, thoughts, you see nothing around you until everything turns black.
“Sometimes you have to go through something so that you dig deep into your soul to see how you can get everything back in balance.
“Your own mind and thoughts can be the most dangerous weapon if you don't put it into perspective in the right way.
“Let go off everyone who tries to bring you down. Stop negativity around you and take care of yout thoughts and energy.”
Nagpasalamat din siya sa mga nagpaabot sa kanya ng pag-aalala.
“Thank you to all the light and all the love I received from all of you. I'm not active on social media for the time being, because I need to rest a lot.
“I can't handle a lot of stimuli with a concussion. But I hope you think about this and take care of yourselves when everything becomes to much. I love you all. Lots of love and light.”

Nakatakda niyang ipasa ang kanyang national title sa gaganaping Miss Belgium 2023 finals ngayong February 12.
Kinumpirma naman ng Miss Belgium Organization na kasalukuyang nagpapagaling si Chayenne at bumubuti na ang kalagayan nito.
Gayunpaman, dahil sa kondisyon nito, hindi siya makadadalo sa Miss Belgium 2023 finals para ipasa ang korona sa kanyang successor.
