Before being linked to Kelsey, Chace played sweet music from 2007 to 2008 with singer Carrie Underwood.
He also dated model Rachelle Goulding back in 2013.
The two reportedly broke up due to the challenges of maintaining a long-distance relationship, as they were living in different cities at the time.
Chace was in a long-term relationship with actress Rebecca Rittenhouse, whom he dated for three years, from 2015 to 2018.
Despite their breakup, the two remained friends and were seen spending the holidays together with other pals in 2021.
Meanwhile, half-Filipino, half-American model Kelsey Merritt dated Rambo Nuñez, now the husband of actress Maja Salvador, from 2016 to 2018, and Olympic swimmer Conor Dwyer from 2018 to 2022.
