Bagamat nominado rin sina Park Bo Gum at IU bilang Best Actor at Best Actress, respectively, ang mga nagwagi ay sina Ju Ji Hoon para sa The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call at Kim Tae Ri para sa Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born.
Ito ang ikalawang Best Actress win ni Kim Tae Ri sa Baeksang Arts Awards. Una siyang nanalo noong 2022 para sa Twenty-Five Twenty-One.
Sina Choi Dae Hoon at Yeom Hye Ran ng When Life Gives You Tangerines ang nagwaging Best Supporting Actor at Best Supporting Actress, respectively.
Best New Actor si Choo Young Woo para sa The Tale of Lady Ok, at Best New Actress naman si Chae Won Bin ng Doubt.
