K-pop powerhouse Stray Kids have reached another milestone in their meteoric rise, as their latest release Do It claimed the top spot on the Billboard 200, marking the group’s eighth consecutive No. 1 album.
According to Billboard, Do It debuted at No. 1 after earning 295,000 equivalent album units in the United States for the week ending November 27, with 286,000 of that coming from traditional album sales.
This unprecedented streak further cements Stray Kids’ legacy not only within K-pop but across the global music scene — a feat rarely seen in the chart’s decades-long history.
Stray Kids is the first act in history to debut their first eight charting albums on the 70-year history of Billboard 200 at No. 1.
Their seven prior No. 1 entries — all of which debuted atop the Billboard 200 — are: ODDINARY (2022), MAXIDENT (2022), 5-STAR (2023), ROCK-STAR (2023), ATE (2024), HOP (2024), and KARMA (2025).

With this unprecedented streak, Stray Kids have now broken records previously held by legendary groups like BTS, Linkin Park, and Dave Matthews Band, becoming the group with the most No. 1 albums in the 21st century.
The 8 members of Stray Kids are Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felixm Seungmin, and I.N.
These eight members—self-producing and creatively steering much of their music—have reshaped how K-pop groups operate globally.
Their consistency in topping Billboard charts reflects not only their musical versatility but their deep connection with fans, STAYs, around the world.
A Banner Year: 2025 Daesangs and Historic Performances
2025 has been a landmark year of recognition for Stray Kids.
At the recent 2025 MAMA Awards, they celebrated their first Daesang (Album of the Year) for KARMA, a long-awaited triumph that underscored their years of persistence and artistry.
The emotional win was hailed as a defining moment in their career, following years of industry skepticism and countless challenges.
They also dominated the 2025 Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA), walking away with multiple grand prizes including Grand Record, Grand Honor’s Choice, and Popularity Awards, reinforcing their status as K-pop’s most formidable group.
During the 2025 MAMA ceremony, Stray Kids delivered a powerhouse performance showcasing tracks such as “CREED,” “Chk Chk Boom,” and their then-new single “Divine,” complete with Hyunjin’s signature dance break and a taekwondo-inspired choreography.
