Naghain ng reklamong kriminal si Miss Grand International (MGI) owner and founder Nawat Itsaragrisil laban sa bagong hirang na Miss Universe 2025 na si Fatima Bosch Fernandez ng Mexico.
Ito ay kaugnay ng tensiyon sa pagitan ng mga namamahala ng Miss Universe Organization (MUO) at ni Fatima sa insidenteng naganap noong November 4, 2025.
Si Nawat ang kasalukuyang vice-president for Asia and Oceania ng MUO at may-ari rin ng franchise ng Miss Universe Thailand.
Ayon sa mga lumabas na ulat, nangyari ang insidente bago ganapin ang sashing ceremony para sa mahigit 100 candidates ng 74th Miss Universe sa isang hotel sa Thailand.
Sa kumalat na video online, nasa isang ballroom si Nawat at ang mga kandidata.
Kinastigo ni Nawat si Fatima dahil wala raw ito sa sponsor shoot, subalit pumapayag ito sa shoot ng Telemundo, ang American-Spanish broadcast TV network na nag-eere ng Miss Universe pageant, ayon sa report.
Sa video, maririnig na mariing pinagsasabihan ni Nawat si Fatima sa harap ng ibang kandidata dahil hindi raw sumusunod ang kinatawan ng Mexico sa utos na mag-post sa social media.
Maririnig na nagkaroon ng sagutan sa pagitan ni Nawat at ni Miss Mexico. Bakas sa mga pahayag ni Nawat na mayroon siyang isyu sa national director ng Miss Universe Mexico na si Raul Rocha.
May mga kandidatang kumampi kay Miss Mexico. Sumunod sila kay Miss Mexico nang lumabas ito sa venue.
Nagbabala si Nawat sa mga kandidatang nagtangkang mag-walk out, at sinabihan ang mga kandidatang umupo kung gusto pa nilang mapabilang sa pageant.
Paglabas ng venue, na-interview ng ilang pageant fans si Miss Mexico.
Dito ay nagbigay siya ng bersiyon niya ng insidente. Tinawag umano siyang “dumb” at binastos ni Nawat.
Paliwanag ni Miss Mexico: “I truly love Thailand. I have so much respect for all of you, and I believe you are amazing people. But what your director, Nawat, just did was not respectful.
“He called me ‘dumb’ because of his issue with the organization, and I think that’s unfair. I believe the world needs to hear and see this, because we are all empowered women.”

NAWAT ITSARAGRISIL RELEASES STATEMENT THROUGH HIS COMPANY
Sa Miss Universe Thailand page sa Facebook lumabas ang statement mula sa pag-aaring kumpanya ni Nawat na Miss Grand International Public Company Ltd. ngayong hapon ng December 2.
Nilinaw rito ang mga pangyayaring humantong sa tensiyon sa sashing ceremony kung saan nagkaroon umano ng kumprontahan sina Nawat at Fatima.
Ayon sa pahayag: "Miss Grand International Public Company Limited and Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil, President of the Host Committee of the 74th Miss Universe, would like to officially clarify once again as follows:
"With regard to the incident reported by multiple media outlets involving the interaction between Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil and Ms. Fatima Bosch Fernandez on 4 November 2025 during the Miss Universe pageant:
"We wish to reaffirm that Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil never called Ms. Fatima Bosch a 'dumbhead.' What he said was 'damage,' which is clearly audible in the voice recordings that have already been widely circulated across various platforms.
"The said sentence 'If you follow the order from your national director you’re damage, if you not you can do it. I very happy and the good report will go to organize…..'"
Pero, mali raw ang paratang na ipinapakalat ni Fatima sa media at publiko.
Hindi rin daw humingi ng dispensa ang beauty queen kay Nawat.
"However, when Ms. Fatima Bosch Fernandez walked out of the room, she immediately made a false accusation in front of the media by publicly claiming otherwise.
"Even after she later became aware of the facts, she did not apologize to Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil.
"Instead, she continued to falsely accuse him in multiple interviews, seemingly for personal gain and to justify herself throughout the competition—after which she was ultimately crowned Miss Universe, as everyone is aware.
"Furthermore, despite already holding the title, Ms. Fatima Bosch has continued to give interviews misrepresenting the incident, repeatedly defaming Mr. Nawat across various media channels."

Dagdag pa sa pahayag, noong November 12, 2025 pa naghain ng reklamo si Nawat sa isang korte sa Thailand.
Kung may matutuklasan pa raw silang iba pang mapanirang sinabi si Fatima laban sa Thai pageant executive, may karagdagang reklamo pa raw na ihahain.
"Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil has formally filed a criminal complaint against Ms. Fatima Bosch Fernandez in Thailand on 12 November 2025.
"If any further defamatory actions are discovered, additional legal action will be taken to the fullest extent of the law."
Hinimok din nila ang media na huwag ipakalat ang "false allegations" ni Fatima.
Kung hindi, mapipilitan daw si Nawat na pati sila ay hahainan ng reklamo.
"We request that all media outlets exercise caution when reporting this matter and refrain from cooperating with or amplifying Ms. Fatima’s false allegations. Failure to do so may result in legal action against such media entities as co-conspirators in defamation."
May kasamang apat na pahinang incident report ang post na nai-report sa Wat Phraya Krai Police Station, Metropolitan Police Division 5, Metropolitan Police Bureau.
Wala pang pahayag ang kampo ni Fatima ukol dito.
