One Battle After Another and Adolescence emerged as the biggest winners at the Golden Globes 2026, each taking home four trophies during the awards night held on January 11, 2026, at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.
One Battle After Another dominated the film categories, winning Best Picture – Drama, Best Director and Best Screenplay for Paul Thomas Anderson, as well as Best Supporting Actress for Teyana Taylor.
Jessie Buckley and Wagner Moura were named Best Actress – Drama and Best Actor – Drama for their performances in Hamnet and The Secret Agent, respectively.
In the Comedy or Musical categories, Timothée Chalamet won Best Actor for Marty Supreme, while Rose Byrne took Best Actress honors for If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.
Meanwhile, Hamnet, co-produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by Chloe Zhao, was recognized as Best Picture – Drama.
Veteran actor Stellan Skarsgård won Best Supporting Actor for Sentimental Value.

Television Winners
On the television side, Adolescence swept the limited series categories, winning Best Limited Series, Best Actor for Stephen Graham, Best Supporting Actor for Owen Cooper, and Best Supporting Actress for Erin Doherty.
The Pitt claimed Best Drama Series and Best Actor for Noah Wyle, while The Studio was named Best Comedy Series and Best Actor for Seth Rogen.
Other television acting winners include Rhea Seehorn (Best Actress – Drama for Pluribus), Jean Smart (Best Actress – Comedy for Hacks), and Michelle Williams (Best Actress – Limited Series for Dying for Sex).
