“I don’t want anyone to call me a Singha heir. People don’t know the truth,” cried Siranudh “Psi” Scott on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
His revelation in a two-minute and 30-second video posted on his verified Facebook account, which has over 625,000 followers, sparked widespread discussion on social media.
Psi is a fourth-generation member of the prominent Bhirombhakdi family, known for owning Singha, a premium pale lager brewed by Boon Rawd Brewery in Thailand.
He is also a Thai-Scottish marine conservationist and activist.
PSI SCOTT ALLEGES SEXUAL ABUSE BY OLDER BROTHER
Speaking through tears, Psi alleged that he was sexually assaulted multiple times by his older brother during his teenage years.
The Bangkok Post translated portions of Psi’s video, in which he supposedly said: “Everyone in my family knows because they heard the tape where he admitted it.”
Psi also claimed that other members of his family were aware of the incidents but failed to take action.
He added that even after reaching out to relatives and senior family members for help, he received little to no support throughout the ordeal.
PSI SCOTT'S FEUD WITH HIS MOTHER
Psi also mentioned his legal dispute with his mother, Chiranuj Bhirombhakdi, over inheritance assets left to him by his late grandfather, Chamnong Bhirombhakdi, former chairman of Singha Corp.
"This year, my mother filed a lawsuit against me to claim property my grandfather gave me,.
"She calls me an ungrateful child because I spoke out about what my caregiver did.
"When I asked senior members in the family for help, they told me to apologise to my mother."
Psi went on to express deep emotional distress over his situation, saying he no longer feels he can remain in an environment that, in his view, lacks empathy and respect for his experiences.
“I don’t know what to do. I know I cannot live like this.
“I cannot stay with a family or clan that does not value my humanity or understand my pain.
“I’m sorry for causing everyone stress, but I cannot live with people like this,” he said, breaking down in tears.
According to reports, Psi also revealed in the same video that he was sexually assaulted by the caregiver/nanny who looked after him in place of his mother.
He claimed that when he informed his mother about the alleged abuse, no action was taken, allowing the nanny to continue working in their household.
Fearing further harm, Psi said he eventually stopped confiding in anyone, including his grandfather.
SUNIT "PI" SCOTT DENIES ALLEGATIONS
Sunit "Pi" Scott was later identified in various online reports as the older brother.
He strongly denied Psi' claims, calling them untrue.
He addressed the issue in a video posted on May 12, 2026, via the official Facebook account of his wife, Mild Jiravechsoontornkul, where he firmly refuted his brother's allegations.

Pi further claimed that family members have continued to support Psi, particularly in relation to his mental health treatment.
However, he added that communication has become difficult, alleging that Psi has cut off contact with the family.
He also addressed the ongoing property dispute, stating that ownership of the house in question is shared between him and Psi.
According to Pi, their mother decided to pursue legal action after parts of the property were allegedly damaged while under Psi’s care.

"I kindly ask for everyone’s understanding from my perspective as well. Thank you."
Land ownership documents were posted on Mild's account to back her husband’s statements.
In one of the photos, she wrote that they are planning to pursue legal action against social media users who have been leaving negative remarks about their family.
Translated in English using ChatGPT, her comment read: "To those who create false information, distort the facts, and those who leave rude, defamatory comments that incite hatred—you will be receiving a court summons."
PSI SCOTT SHARES A RECORDING
On May 13, 2026, following Pi’s denial, Psi released a portion of a recorded conversation allegedly between the two brothers.
The clip has since gone viral, with many netizens sharing accounts of incidents from Psi’s childhood.
The four-minute clip is part of a longer recording that reportedly runs for about 20 minutes in total.
In the audio, Psi detailed the alleged sexual abuse, which he said began when he was around 10 or 11 years old, while Pi was between 14 and 16.
He said the experience had lasting effects on his ability to form relationships later in life.
According to translations circulating online, Pi’s alleged voice could also be heard in the recording, responding to Psi’s allegations.
