Pumanaw ang legendary American singer-songwriter na si Peabo Bryson sa Georgia, USA, nitong Hunyo 2, 2026.
Siya ay 75.
Na-stroke si Bryson noong Mayo 31, 2026. Makalipas ang dalawang araw, binawian na siya ng buhay.
Sa opisyal na pahayag na inilabas ng naulilang pamilya ni Bryson, humiling sila sa publiko ng pribadong pagluluksa.

THE LEGACY OF PEABO BRYSON
Nag-umpisa sa edad na 14 ang pagkanta ni Bryson.
Pero naging professional singer siya mula nang ilabas ang kanyang debut album, ang Peabo, noong 1976.
Ang "If Ever You’re in My Arms Again," "Can You Stop The Rain," "Tonight I Celebrate My Love" (duet with Roberta Flack); at ang mga original soundtrack ng Disney movies na Beauty and the Beast (duet with Celine Dion) at Aladdin ("A Whole New World," duet with Regina Belle) ang ilan sa mga kantang pinasikat ni Bryson.
Tatlong buwan bago namayapa si Bryson, nagtanghal siya sa The Theatre at Solaire, Parañaque City, noong Marso 8, 2026 para sa kanyang The Golden Touch Tour na bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng ika-50 anibersaryo niya bilang mang-aawit.
